Shipments are carried out to Italy and  foreign countries through Poste Italiane, unless otherwise specified or agreed with customers.

Packing and shipping costs are due to customers, and you may take notice of them in the shipping tables.

The shipment amount includes the insurance costs (2,58 euro for Italy; 5,68 euro for Rest of the World) for a declared maximum value of 1032,00 euro  and  is calculated according to the total weight of the goods and  the type of shipment You choose during the order. You will be in any case timely informed about eventual possible variations of cost, due to the particular nature of the goods.  

The delivery of the goods will be carried out to the address the customer chose during the order. It is possible to specify a shipping address different from the billing address, except for Cash on delivery payment.

The Laboratorio Ceramico Fornaro takes the maximum cares in the goods packaging, in order to reduce at the lowest the damage risk during the shipping. 
All the goods are delivered by ensured shippings through Poste Italiane, and Laboratorio Ceramico Fornaro assumes all the shipment risks.   However, in case of lacked reception or damaged goods, customers must immediately inform our laboratory by telephone, fax or email.  Laboratorio Ceramico Fornaro will take immediately the necessary measures to forward request for damage refund to Poste Italiane. 

Customers can also pick up the goods from our laboratory during the opening hours/days, previously informing  us about their intention.
