Ciro Fornaro was born in Grottaglie (TA) in 1938, where he also took the High School Diploma at the Institute of Arts in the Ceramics section. He participates from many years to the national and international artistic life. He has been attending, since he was very young, the “workshop”, where he used to go to learn the craft, and this has contributed to his artistic training. His artistic curriculum is rich of acknowledgments to its job. He carries out at full time and in simbiosi with the artistic activity and research activity, cultural promotion about ceramics, organizing from 1989 to 1993 in its wide art gallery , situated in an evocative frantoio ipogeo, various editions of the International Biennial of Contemporary Ceramics, and more recently, some exposures of sculpture, painting and graphics, among which Mediterranean Magic in 2004 and GraphicArt in 2005.Exhibitions, competitions and personal exhibitions 1966-67-68 :
