  1. HOW can I LOG ON YOUR SITE?
    Just click on the Login module in the Home page and fill it with Your personal data. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email address.
  2. WHICH ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
    At the moment You can pay through credit card (not still working), bank transfer or cash on delivery (only for Italy).
  3. ARE MY CREDIT CARD PURCHASE SAFE?
    Of course they are. PayPal payment method guarantees a high level safety transaction, because  customers don't have to insert their personal credit card code number, but only the PayPal code.
  4. WHAT DOES PAYPAL PAYMENT CONSIST OF?

  5. ARE THE DISPLAYED PRICES VAT INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
    Yes, they are. All the prices are  inclusive of VAT.
  6. IS THERE A MINIMUN OF ORDER?
    The minimum amount to order is 40,00 euro for Italy or foreign countries.
  7. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDERED ITEM SHOULD BE OUT OF STOCK?
    You will be contacted to be informed about production times and delivery terms. Then you will be free to decide to forward or not the order.  
  8. WHERE I CAN SEE ALL THE ORDERS I HAVE CARRIED OUT?  Clicking on login customers can verify the status of orders carried out until that moment.  
  9. CAN I ASK FOR A PRODUCT YOU DON'T HAVE ON CATALOGUE?  
    As we are producers and not retailer, of course it's possible to ask i.e. for a personalization of items, but before it will be necessary to verify it, contacting our laboratory directly. In case of positive answer we will send you a proforma with terms and conditions, then You will decide to carry it out or not. 
  10. HOW THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED? 
    Shipments are carried out to Italy and  foreign countries through Poste Italiane, unless otherwise specified.
  11. HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPMENT COST? 
    The shipment amount includes the insurance costs for a declared maximum value of 1032,00 euro (2,58 euro for Italy; 5,68 euro for Rest of the World) and  is calculated according to the total weight of the goods and  the type of shipment You choose during the order. You will be in any case timely informed about eventual possible variations of cost, due to the particular nature of the goods. 
  12. WHICH ARE THE DELIVERY TERMS? 
    The delivery terms of goods on inventory go from from 5 to 15 working days since the payment date , unless otherwise indicated.  The delivery terms of the goods to order can change according to the type and quantity of goods.   
  13. IF THE GOODS I'VE BUYED GETS LOST OR TURNS OUT TO BE DAMAGED IS THERE A REFUND FOR IT? IN WHICH TERMS? 
    All the goods are delivered by ensured shippings through Poste Italiane, and Laboratorio Ceramico Fornaro assumes all the shipment risks.   In case of lacked reception or damaged goods, customers must immediately inform our laboratory by telephone, fax or email.  Laboratorio Ceramico Fornaro will take measures to forward request for damage refund to Poste Italiane.
  14. DOES THE INVOICE/CASH VOUCHER ARRIVE WITH THE GOODS?  Yes. The invoice will be sent with the delivery of the goods. 
  15. CAN I PICK UP THE GOODS PERSONALLY?  Yes, You can pick up Tte goods from our laboratory during the opening hours/days, previously informing  us about this intention. 
  16. HOW CAN I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE?  You can contact us by email, fax or phone (monday to friday 9-13 Italian time).
